Wholesale terms & conditions

By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in GBP. We require an upfront payment. Preferred method payment is by BACS. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.Paypal is also accepted.

Placement of order
Order should be emailed to furfraternity@gmail.com. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and will contact you within 48 hours if a price has changed or a product is unavailable. Any order amendments can be made by contacting us by email or phone (UK +44 07498 267 588). If your order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.

Delivery Terms
Cost of delivery to mainland UK is included in the wholesale price (orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days but may take up to 14 days). Extra charges for deliveries outside the UK apply. Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and a signature is usually required. Goods delivered within United Kingdom will take 2 to 5 working days. We take no responsibility for lost orders if the retailer provides an incorrect address details. The order delivery address should be confirmed by the retailer when placing the order. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Satisfaction guarantee
All merchandise is returnable within 2 weeks of receipt (delivery charges apply). Products must be in original, re-stockable packaging without any markings, stickers, etc. Thereafter no returns accepted. If a product is faulty, we will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs. We take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items. Please always email or call us to let us know before returning an item. Once we have received the returned order, exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days (refunds will credit the original account of payment).

Overseas orders
Prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur and we are not responsible for any restrictions that result from the importation of certain products into various countries. The retailer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
