DELIVERY:

All orders will be sent out in 2-3 working days after the sale maximum! In which case the item is sold out due to multiple sales we might import the items and ship out. We work with in a delivery service level of 8-10 days for within UK orders and 12-14 days for overseas orders! 

 NOTE : BUYERS FROM EU OPTING FOR FACTORY DIRECT SHIPMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS IMPLICATIONS. HOWEVER OUR SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE TO THEM 24/7 TO MAKE SURE THEY PAY MINIMUM!

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

WE DO TAKE RETURN REFUNDS FOR SIZES XS TO LARGE ONLY! ALL THE SIZES ABOVE LARGE ARE ONLY OFFERED AN EXCHANGE!

ALSO REFUNDS ARE ONLY GOING TO BE ISSUED ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON OUR WEBSITE! ANY CUSTOM OR MAKE TO ORDER SERVICES ARE EXCHANGES ONLY SALES!

Buyers are welcome to contact us regarding any issues! Any honest concerns are our first and foremost priority. However buyers have 14 days deadline from the shipping date to get in touch!

In case of a size querry please call us or email us and we shall offer an exchange. In case of a faulty good please offer us a fair chance to inspect the item either by picture evidence or after we have it in custody. In either case buyers are in a win win situation with us!

CANCELLATIONS:

 If a buyer needs cancelling the order before we send it out, please do not hesitate to message through email,instagram,or even a phone call. Our service level is with in  2 days of the clear payment,please meet the deadline otherwise the order will be out for delivery! Such orders will be refunded fully through reversing the money using the same payment mode used by the buyer!
